We do not guarantee that any particular feature or functionality will become available.

The Inside Look may display information about beauty, grooming, and wellness professionals, including specialties, services, locations, professional characteristics, client experiences, fit indicators, appointment experiences, and other information.

Information may be provided by professionals, community members, referrals, publicly available sources, or other sources.

While we aim to provide useful and accurate information, The Inside Look does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, licensing status, qualifications, availability, pricing, safety, or suitability of any professional or information appearing on the Service unless we expressly state otherwise.

You are responsible for conducting any additional research you consider appropriate before selecting or booking a professional.

5. Recommendations, Reviews, and Community Content

Recommendations, comments, ratings, experiences, discussions, and other community content reflect the experiences or opinions of the people who provide them.

They are not guarantees that another person will have the same experience.

The Inside Look does not guarantee that a highly rated, recommended, featured, or otherwise discussed professional will be appropriate for your individual needs or preferences.

The Service is intended to provide additional context to help users make their own decisions.

Information available through The Inside Look is provided for general informational and discovery purposes.

The Inside Look does not provide medical, dermatological, health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether a particular service or professional is appropriate for you.

7. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Unless expressly identified otherwise, inclusion of a professional, business, service, recommendation, profile, or other information on The Inside Look does not constitute an endorsement, certification, sponsorship, partnership, or guarantee by The Inside Look.

The Inside Look is not responsible for services performed by independent beauty, grooming, or wellness professionals.

Any appointment, transaction, consultation, treatment, or other interaction between you and a third party professional is between you and that professional.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Submit information you know to be false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person
• Defame another person or business
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful material
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure

9. Community Contributions

You retain ownership of User Content you create.

By submitting User Content to The Inside Look, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, adapt, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that your submission does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

We may remove, restrict, moderate, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

10. Professional Referrals

Users may have the opportunity to refer professionals to The Inside Look.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee that a professional will be contacted, included, approved, featured, or offered access.

If you submit information about another person or business, you represent that you have a lawful basis to provide the information and will not knowingly provide false or misleading information.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, branding, design, graphics, logos, text, software, arrangement, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Inside Look and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"The Inside Look" and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our permission.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without prior written permission.

12. Third Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to professional websites, booking platforms, social media services, or other third party websites.

We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or transactions.

Your use of third party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

13. Service Availability

THE INSIDE LOOK DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR ERROR FREE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE INSIDE LOOK AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE INSIDE LOOK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, DISSATISFACTION, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTY BEAUTY, GROOMING, WELLNESS, OR OTHER PROFESSIONALS.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Inside Look and its owners, affiliates, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of another person's rights.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as The Inside Look evolves.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date or display a "Last Updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
